What I'd like to know is if each BPO is being used to it's fullest. Making lots of something with reduced prices vs. making fewer at higher prices, the latter is always preferable.

You know some penalities are way harsher on some ships then on others. Like a speed bonus that hurts shields doesn't mean crap to an armor tanker, but means alot to a shield tanker. Penalities just make junk content. I think it'd be best to make ...

Speaking of unbalanced racial resists, Minmatar T1 armor gets a 25% boost vs. EM, while Amar only get a 12 or 13% boost vs. Explosive. Caldari and Gallente also get a smaller bonus.

How about a bonus that reduces the sig penalty from using a MWD? Drops 100% percent per level maybe? I say give it a 8/7/5 layout, and bonuses to sig and cap while using MWD, along with a hybrid damage bonus. It'll be able to fit tracking and dam...

The so-called MWD bonus for the Thorax is pretty cheap. Why not just give it a flat max cap bonus like the Apoc gets? It amounts to the same thing and it's not useless if you don't fit a MWD.
